Level I/ii


Students must have knowledge of and a consistent practice of standing poses and

shoulder-stand.


With instructor permission, work  towards greater strength and confidence.


Yoga practitioners continue to investigate backbends, forward bends, twists, arm balances  and inversions(including full arm balance, shoulder-stand with variations and head balance)


Students may choose Modifications at any time for all poses.

Beginners


Poses and basics are introduced to students new to yoga.  


Students in the

1st or 2nd 48 years,

can perform the  sequential poses with the use of props (blocks, belts, blankets.)


Props are used for alignment and symmetry, beginners to advanced levels.                       


With regular practice develop strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Cultivate awareness and discipline within the mind, body and spirit. 

 Any day is a good day to start.

Course is repeated until Level one skills are achieved.
